At AERI, I lead the charge in advocating for fair, transparent, and accountable AI hiring systems. With a strong foundation at the intersection of artificial intelligence and social justice, I drive policy initiatives that challenge algorithmic bias and promote equitable employment practices.
I bring over 20 years of experience as a clinical research scientist, having led oncology and cell therapy business units where I combined technical expertise with strategic leadership in highly regulated, high-stakes environments. My work has always focused on bridging innovation with ethics—particularly in healthcare and emerging technologies.
I hold a Master of Science in Business and Healthcare Administration, a Bachelor of Business Administration and Legal Studies, and an Associate of Science in Business. This educational background, combined with real-world leadership, allows me to navigate complex regulatory and operational landscapes with confidence and purpose.
As a Microsoft Solutions Partner, I’ve completed close to 50 training programs and earned 12 advanced certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Responsible AI, Large Language Models, Computer Vision, AI Speech, and Generative AI. I use this technical expertise to advocate for stronger accountability and transparency across the tech and hiring ecosystems.
I also design educational programs and partner with grassroots organizations to equip job seekers with the knowledge they need to understand their rights and the risks of algorithmic discrimination. I’m a passionate believer in the power of informed communities, and I’m committed to building a future where technology serves, rather than harms, human potential.
